Applied Kinesiology – the method

Applied KInesiology

The word Kinesiology is greek and means moving („kinesis“) and teaching („logos“) as the teaching of holistic methods.

I practice applied Psychoneurobiology which is a branch of the big field of Applied Kinesiology.

The method is based on the correlations between muscle tension, organs, emotions and way of thinking. The base is the muscle kinesiology, a kind of muscle testing, where the individual muscle tension gives information about certain questions — it is the agent between the conscious and the subconscious.

Because Psychoneurobiology works directly with the subconscious the effectiveness is very deep but at the same time it is quite easy on the client.

Furthermore it combines various methods like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to find the causes of the mental blocks and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to resolve traumas.

This individual and highly differentiated causal research is helpful in a wide spectrum of psychological, physical, social and spiritual subjects.

You can experience Psychoneurobiology in an individual session or you can learn it yourself in a training.
